Eco Colors Hair Color: Non-Toxic Permanent Color

If you are looking for a safer alternative when it comes to permanent hair color, consider EcoColors, a non-toxic permanent hair color.

They do NO animal testing and don't use sulfites as a preservative.

Where has EcoColors been featured?

MY EXPERIENCE: I tried the medium ash brown and it's not as messy as the conventional home color kits and the smell is minimal. I first did the strand test (which is recommended) and although I wanted my hair a few shades lighter than my dark (black/brown) color, the strand test proved that it wasn't going to lighten my hair. I still went ahead with it. The overall color was not much different than what I started out with.

Would I buy this again? Yes, I probably would. I'm happy to use something that I know is not as toxic as the conventional hair colors out there.

Here is some text taken from their website (www.ecocolors.net):

A) EcoColors Haircolor was formulated with non toxic in mind. With the addition of the highest quality ingredients such as lecithin, vitamin E, Vitamin C, nettles, rosemary, flower essence and grapefruit seed extract, EcoColors surpasses it’s competitors in performance with super conditioning coverage that is natural looking and shiny.

Hi Celeste,
I’m researching blogs for a new Internet marketing campaign. Your green blog popped up on my Google Alerts. Just wanted to let you know I was here.

Congrats on going green - and your awareness of the importance of taking care to tread lightly on the planet.

I believe we all need to follow in your footsteps. I’ve used non-toxic cleaners for almost 4 years now. I can never go back. Not only has it been good for us, but it’s the right thing to do for the planet.
