My Experience with Dr. Bronner's Castile soaps: I fill my hand dispensers with diluted castile soap and also keep some in the shower to use as body wash. Works beautifully and doesn't dry out hand/body like conventional soaps do. I sometimes also add a little to some of my homemade house cleaning solutions. There are many other uses too!
